Common use of Fruit Loss Clause in Contracts

Fruit Loss. If fruit loss occurs, this will be charged to the Grower and offset against future payments. No payment will be made in respect of fruit not supplied to ZGL because of fruit loss. Grower fruit loss will be debited to the Grower at the actual fruit value paid to date.
