Common use of FSC Commissions Clause in Contracts

FSC Commissions. Pay or become obligated for the payment during any fiscal year of the Company, commissions to all related wholly owned foreign sales corporations in excess of $550,000 in aggregate amount plus reimbursement of the reasonable administrative expenses of such wholly owned foreign sales corporations.
