FTE Rate. The FTE Rate used for calculation of Costs pursuant to this Article 7 (Profit/Expense Sharing) with respect to any activity will be the relevant FTE Rate for the calendar year in which such activity was undertaken.

FTE Rate. The “Array FTE Rate” shall be equal to [ * ] per FTE per year. FTE Rate. The term “FTE Rate” shall mean *** per full-time equivalent employee (or consultant, as applicable) per year, which amount represents the fully-burdened rate and shall be subject to adjustment on an annual basis as of January 1 of each year, beginning in 2010, by a factor which reflects any change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) — All Items (U.S. city average), as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, for January 1 of such year when compared to the comparable statistic for January 1 of the preceding year.

FTE Rate. Zeneca shall pay to Maxygen funding for the -------- Research Program on an FTE basis, based on the average annual number of Maxygen FTEs which will be involved in the Research Program, as described in Section 2.1.

FTE Rate. The term “FTE Rate” shall mean the amount of [***] per FTE for each year of the Agreement, and in addition to labor costs, shall be inclusive of all materials, reagents, equipment and other costs under each Target Evaluation Research Plan or each Joint Research Plan.
