Common use of FTE Rate Clause in Contracts

FTE Rate. The FTE Rate used for calculation of Costs pursuant to this Article VII (Financial Consideration) with respect to any activity will be the relevant FTE Rate for the calendar year in which such activity was undertaken.

FTE Rate. The FTE Rate used for calculation of Costs pursuant to this Article VII 7 (Financial ConsiderationProfit/Expense Sharing) with respect to any activity will be the relevant FTE Rate for the calendar year in which such activity was undertaken.
