Common use of FTE Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

FTE Reimbursement. During the applicable Research Term, Pfizer shall reimburse CytomX for the costs of CytomX FTEs incurred in performing its Research Plan Activities at the FTE Rate. Pfizer shall be obligated to reimburse CytomX for [***] FTEs in aggregate per Calendar Year. Subject to the foregoing, the JRC shall determine the specific number of FTEs that shall perform Research Plan Activities for CytomX from time to time.
