Fuel Card Functionality. 4.2.1 The Supplier shall provide Fuel Cards that allow for the purchase of the following products when available at sales outlets: leaded, unleaded and super unleaded petrol; ULSD and standard diesel; and LPG. 4.2.2 The Supplier shall issue Fuel Cards to a named employee, vehicle or organisation. 4.2.3 If required by a Contracting Body for a particular Call Off Agreement, the Supplier shall: issue Contracting Bodies with Fuel Cards that have no employee name or vehicle registration. These Fuel Cards are known as “bearer cards”; provide Contracting Bodies with a Fuel Card that can be used for the charging of electric vehicles if and when this becomes available; and provide Fuel Cards on a covert basis.

  • Future Functionality You agree that Your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Us regarding future functionality or features.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Current Online Content and Functionality By January 31, 2019, the District agrees that it will take all actions necessary to ensure that individuals with disabilities have an equal opportunity to participate in the District’s programs and activities offered through the District’s website or equally effective alternate access. To meet this commitment, the District will: develop a strategy for identifying inaccessible content and functionality for individuals with disabilities; develop a notice to persons with disabilities regarding how to request that the District provide access to online information or functionality; prominently post this notice on its home page and throughout its website; and develop a process to ensure that, upon request, inaccessible content and functionality will be made accessible1 in an expedient manner.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing PNG traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to PNG, the subtending arrangements between PNG Tandem Switches and PNG End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that PNG maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
