Fulfillment of Conditions and Covenants. No party shall take any course of action inconsistent with satisfaction of the requirements or conditions applicable to it set forth in this Agreement. Each party shall promptly do all such acts and take all such measures as may be appropriate to enable it to perform as promptly as reasonably possible the obligations herein provided to be performed by it.
