The Seller shall do nothing to impair the rights, title and interest of the Administrator, any Purchaser Agent or any Purchaser in and to the Receivable Interests and shall pay when due any taxes, including without limitation any sales tax, excise tax or other similar tax or charge, payable in connection with the Receivables and their creation and satisfaction.
