Fulfillment of Warranty. In the case that Customer files that any product does not comply with the guarantees in the Limited Warranty if Aiko Energy determines that the defect is caused by material or process problems of Aiko Energy, or if Aiko Energy is defined as the Party responsible for the Customer's complaint according to the test made by a third-party test organization jointly selected by the Customer and Aiko Energy as required by the Customer, Aiko Energy shall have the right to choose to indemnify the Customer by taking any of the following remedy measures.
