Fulfillment Procedures. As set forth in section 1.8 above, NCRC will get FAMS Reports that fail online authentication via a post back to a specified NCRC URL. NCRC may send a FAMS Report directly to the Consumer User by First Class US mail (“exception fulfillment”) where a Consumer User claims that he or she did not receive such Report, where orders for such report are not delivered online due to consumer request for delivery via the mail. NCRC will incur the costs of buying the FAMS Report, printing it, and mailing it to the Consumer User.
