Common use of Fulfilment Clause in Contracts

Fulfilment. The Company and the Vendor shall each use their respective reasonable endeavours to procure the fulfilment of the conditions set out in Clause 6.2 and in particular shall furnish such information, supply such documents, pay such fees, give such undertakings and do all such acts and things as may reasonably be required by each other, the SFC and/or the Stock Exchange in connection with the fulfilment of such conditions.

Fulfilment. The Company and the Vendor shall each use their respective reasonable best endeavours to procure the fulfilment of the conditions set out in Clause 6.2 Clauses 5.2(b) and (c) and in particular shall furnish such information, supply such documents, pay such fees, give such undertakings and do all such acts and things as may reasonably be required by each other, the SFC and/or the Stock Exchange in connection with the fulfilment of such conditions.
