There is no fact presently known to any Borrower or Operating Lessee which has not been disclosed to Lender which materially adversely affects, nor as far as any Borrower or Operating Lessee can foresee, might materially adversely affect the business, operations or condition (financial or otherwise) of any Borrower or Operating Lessee.
