Full and Knowing Waiver. By signing this Separation Agreement, the Executive certifies that: (a) the Executive has read and understands this Separation Agreement; (b) the Executive was given at least twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date this Separation Agreement was initially presented to consider this Separation Agreement before signing this Separation Agreement; (c) the Executive was advised in writing, via this Separation Agreement, to consult with an attorney before signing this Separation Agreement; (d) the Executive agrees to its terms knowingly, voluntarily and without intimidation, coercion or pressure.
