Common use of FULL BENCH CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

FULL BENCH CONSTRUCTION. Where side slopes exceed 45%, Purchaser shall use full bench construction for the entire subgrade width. Purchaser shall end haul waste material to the location specified in Clause 4-37 WASTE AREA LOCATION. On the following road(s), the Purchaser shall construct the subgrade to the dimensions shown on the Intersection Detail.
