Common use of FULL BENCH CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

FULL BENCH CONSTRUCTION. Where side slopes exceed 45%, Purchaser shall use full bench construction for the entire subgrade width except as construction staked or designed. Purchaser shall construct turnouts as designated on the TURN OUT AND TURNAROUND LIST. Locations may be adjusted to fit the final subgrade alignment and sight distances. Locations changes are subject to written approval by the Contract Administrator. Minimum dimensions are shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET.
