Common use of FULL DISABILITY OF EMPLOYEE Clause in Contracts

FULL DISABILITY OF EMPLOYEE. In the event Employee becomes mentally or physically disabled to such an extent that Employee is unable to substantially perform Employee's normal employment duties on behalf of the Company for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days or more, the Company, at any time thereafter, shall have the right, at its sole option, to declare Employee fully disabled hereunder.
