Common use of Full Discharge Clause in Contracts

Full Discharge. You acknowledge and agree that the payment(s) and other benefits provided pursuant to this paragraph ‎2 are in full discharge of any and all liabilities and obligations of the Company or any other member of the Company Group to you, monetarily or with respect to employee benefits or otherwise, including but not limited to any and all obligations arising under that certain employment agreement by and between you and the Company dated as of August 1, 2021, any other alleged written or oral employment agreement, policy, plan or procedure of the Company or any other member of the Company Group and/or any alleged understanding or arrangement between you and the Company or any other member of the Company Group (other than claims for accrued and vested benefits under an employee benefit, insurance, or pension plan of the Company or any other member of the Company Group (excluding any severance or similar plan or policy), subject to the terms and conditions of such plan(s)).

Full Discharge. You acknowledge and agree that the payment(s) and other benefits provided pursuant to this paragraph ‎2 Paragraph 2 are in full discharge of any and all liabilities and obligations of the Company or any other member of the Company Group to you, monetarily or with respect to employee benefits or otherwise, including but not limited to any and all obligations arising under that certain employment agreement by Amended and Restated Severance Agreement between you and the Company Company, dated as of August 129, 20212017 (the “Severance Agreement”), any other alleged written or oral employment agreement, policy, plan or procedure of the Company or any other member of the Company Group and/or any alleged understanding or arrangement between you and the Company or any other member of the Company Group (other than claims for accrued and vested benefits under an employee benefit, insurance, or pension plan of the Company or any other member of the Company Group (excluding any severance or similar plan or policy), subject to the terms and conditions of such plan(s)).

Full Discharge. You acknowledge and agree that the payment(s) and other benefits provided pursuant to this paragraph ‎2 2 are in full discharge of any and all liabilities and obligations of the Company or any other member of the Company Group to you, monetarily or with respect to employee benefits or otherwise, including but not limited to any and all obligations arising under that certain employment the letter agreement by and between you and the Company Company, dated as of August 1February 7, 20212018, any other alleged written or oral employment agreement, policy, plan or procedure of the Company or any other member of the Company Group and/or any alleged understanding or arrangement between you and the Company or any other member of the Company Group (other than claims for accrued and vested benefits under an employee benefit, insurance, or pension plan of the Company or any other member of the Company Group (excluding any severance or similar plan or policy), subject to the terms and conditions of such plan(s)).

Full Discharge. You acknowledge and agree that the payment(s) and other benefits provided pursuant to this paragraph ‎2 Section 2 are in full discharge of any and all liabilities and obligations of the Company or any other member of the Company Group to you, monetarily or with respect to employee benefits or otherwise, including but not limited to any and all obligations arising under that certain employment agreement by and the Employment Agreement between you and AdaptHealth, LLC, dated November 10, 2014 (the Company dated as of August 1, 2021“Employment Agreement”), any other alleged written or oral employment agreement, policy, plan or procedure of the Company or any other member of the Company Group and/or any alleged understanding or arrangement between you and the Company or any other member of the Company Group (other than claims for accrued and vested benefits under an employee benefit, insurance, or pension plan of the Company or any other member of the Company Group (excluding any severance or similar plan or policy), subject to the terms and conditions of such plan(s)).
