Full Disclosure; Business’s Financial Assistance Application. The statements and other information furnished to the IEDA by Business in its Financial Assistance Application and in connection with the negotiation of this Contract do not contain any untrue statements of a material fact or omit a material fact necessary to make the material statements contained herein or therein not misleading. The IEDA acknowledges that as to any projections furnished to the IEDA, the Business only represents that the same were prepared on the basis of information and estimates it believed to be reasonable.
