Full Effect. All provisions of this Agreement shall so far as they are capable of being performed or observed continue in full force and effect notwithstanding Completion except in respect of those matters which have already been performed.

Full Effect. Upon request of Lender, Borrower shall sign such other documents, do and perform, and cause to be done and performed such other acts and things as may be necessary or desirable in order to give full effect to this Agreement and every part thereof.
