Preliminary Evaluation. Site evaluation and planning functions should proceed concurrently with the accomplishment of Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. The Design Professional shall conduct a preliminary review of the site based on information furnished by the Owner and any other information that is obtained by the Design Professional. The Design Professional will advise the Owner of potential site-related problems that the Design Professional notes from such review.
Preliminary Evaluation. The Construction Manager shall provide a preliminary evaluation of the Owner’s program and Project budget requirements, each in terms of the other.

Preliminary Evaluation. The Architect shall provide preliminary evaluation of the Owner’s Program, Project schedule, Project site, Budgeted Cost of the Work, and available surveys, tests, and reports to ascertain that each is consistent and comparable with the others and the requirements of the Project. If the Architect detects any inconsistencies or incompatibilities among the documents and information provided by the Owner, the Architect shall promptly recommend reasonable adjustments.
Preliminary Evaluation. Upon commencement of the contract, the XXXX contractor shall review in-progress design documents and assist the Designer with the development of the design through completion of 100% Construction Documents and complete a comprehensive review of plans and specifications for each phase of design with the specific intent to (1) identify and eliminate conflicts, discrepancies, errors, and omissions within the documents prior to completion of the documents and/or release of the documents for subcontractor pricing, (2) implement and conduct a constructability program to identify and document project costs and schedule savings opportunities, (3) develop a validation estimate of project costs, and (4) develop a baseline schedule for construction of the Project. The XXXX contractor shall submit its written reports from the above referenced plan reviews to the Owner and Designer at the various phases of design where referenced in 2.1.7 and participate in meetings with the Owner and Designer to review the above referenced reports in detail.
Preliminary Evaluation. 26.1 Purchaser shall evaluate the bids to determine whether they are complete, whether any computational errors have been made, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are generally in order.
26.2 Arithmetical errors shall be rectified on the following basis. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and total price that is obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity, the unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected by the purchaser. If there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the amount in words shall prevail. If the supplier does not accept the correction of the errors, his bid shall be rejected.
26.3 Prior to the detailed evaluation pursuant to ITB Clause 27, the Purchaser will determine the substantial responsiveness of each bid to the Bid Document. For purposes of these clauses, a substantially responsive bid is one which confirms to all the terms and conditions of the Bid Documents without material deviations. The purchaser’s determination of bid’s responsiveness shall be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence.
26.4 A bid, determined as substantially non-responsive will be rejected by the purchaser and shall not subsequent to the bid opening be made responsive by the bidder by correction of the non- conformity.
26.5 The Purchaser may waive any minor infirmity or non-conformity or irregularity in a bid which doesn’t constitute a material deviation, provided such waiver doesn’t prejudice or affect the relative ranking of any bidder.

Preliminary Evaluation. The Design-Builder shall review the Commission’s Program to ascertain the requirements of the Project and shall verify such requirements with the Commission. The Design-Builder’s review shall also provide to the Commission a preliminary evaluation of the site with regard to access, drainage, building placement and other considerations affecting the building, the environment and energy use, as well as information regarding applicable governmental laws, regulations and requirements. The Design- Builder shall also propose alternative architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and other systems for review by the Commission, to determine the most desirable approach on the basis of costs, technology, quality and speed of delivery. Based upon its review and verification of the Commission’s Program and other relevant information the Design-Builder shall provide a Preliminary Evaluation of the Project’s feasibility for the Commission’s acceptance. The Design-Builder’s Preliminary Evaluation shall specifically identify any deviations from the Commission’s Program.
