Common use of Full Force and Effect of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Full Force and Effect of Agreement. Except as hereby specifically amended, modified or supplemented, the Credit Agreement, including the Annexes, Schedules and Exhibits thereto, is hereby confirmed and ratified in all respects and shall be and remain in full force and effect according to its terms. The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not, except as expressly provided herein, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of any Bank or any Agent under any of the Loan Documents, nor, except as expressly provided herein, constitute a waiver or amendment of any provision of any of the Loan Documents.
