It is hereby agreed that all terms and conditions of the Participation Agreement and the other Operative Agreements, as previously amended to date, shall remain in full force and effect as amended pursuant to the terms of this Amendment. The Lessee hereby reaffirms its obligations under each of the Operative Agreements to which it is a party.
