Common use of Full Force Clause in Contracts

Full Force. For the purpose of this Clause 8: 8.10.1 the Warranties shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the completion of the Global Offering and the matters and arrangements referred to or contemplated in this Agreement; and 8.10.2 if an amendment or supplement to the Offering Documents or any of them is announced, issued, published, distributed or otherwise made available after the date hereof pursuant to Clause 8.5 or otherwise, the Warranties relating to any such documents given pursuant to this Clause 8 shall be deemed to be repeated on the date of such amendment or supplement and when so repeated, the Warranties relating to any such documents shall be read and construed subject to the provisions of this Agreement as if the references therein to such documents means such documents when read together with such amendment or supplement.

For the purpose of this Clause 8: 8.10.1 8.2.1 the Warranties shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the completion of the Global Offering and the matters and arrangements referred to or contemplated in this Agreement; and 8.10.2 8.2.2 if an amendment or supplement to the Offering Documents or any of them is announced, issued, published, distributed or otherwise made available after the date hereof pursuant to Clause 8.5 8.7 or otherwise, the Warranties relating to any such documents given pursuant to this Clause 8 shall be deemed to be repeated on the date of such amendment or supplement and when so repeated, the Warranties relating to any such documents shall be read and construed subject to the provisions of this Agreement as if the references therein to such documents means such documents when read together with such amendment or supplement.

For the purpose of this Clause 8: 8.10.1 , (i) the Warranties shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the completion of the Global Offering and the matters and arrangements referred to or contemplated in this Agreement; and 8.10.2 and (ii) if an amendment or supplement to the Offering Documents or any of them is announced, issued, published, distributed or otherwise made available after the date hereof pursuant to Clause 8.5 8.6 or otherwise, the Warranties relating to any such documents given pursuant to this Clause 8 shall be deemed to be repeated on the date of such amendment or supplement and when so repeated, the Warranties relating to any such documents shall be read and construed subject to the provisions of this Agreement as if the references therein to such documents means such documents when read together with such amendment or supplement.
