Common use of Full Integration Clause in Contracts

Full Integration. This Agreement, including any and all exhibits and amendments, merges any prior negotiations and understandings of the Parties and embodies the entire agreement of the Parties. No other agreements, assurances, conditions, covenants (express or implied), or other terms of any kind exist between the Parties regarding the Project.
