Full Negotiation. The Executive and the Employer each independently have made all inquiries regarding the qualifications of the other which he or it deems necessary. The Executive and the Employer affirm that he or it fully understands this Agreement’s meaning and effect. Each party has participated fully and equally in the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement.
