Full Performance Required; Survival of Warranties. All representations and warranties of Borrower in that certain First Mortgage Loan Application between Lxxxxx and Borrower dated February 10, 2006 or made in connection with the Loan shall survive the execution and delivery of the Documents and shall remain continuing warranties, and representations of Borrower.
