Common use of Full Release Clause in Contracts

Full Release. The Parties to this Agreement expressly agree and confirm that the Released Claims as set forth in Section I(B)(26) and the provisions of Section II(B), constitute a full and final release of the Settling Defendants by Plaintiffs of the Released Claims. The Released Claims as defined in Section I(B)(26) represent all possible claims that a Settlement Class Member may have arising out of the subject matter of the Action(s).

Full Release. The Parties to this Agreement expressly agree and confirm that the Released Claims as set forth in Section I(B)(26) and the provisions of Section II(B), II(C) constitute a full and final release of the Settling Defendants by Plaintiffs and each Settlement Class Member of the Released Claims. The Released Claims as defined in Section I(B)(26) represent all possible claims that a Settlement Class Member may have arising out of the subject matter of the Action(s).

Full Release. The Parties to this Agreement expressly agree and confirm that the Released Claims as set forth in Section I(B)(26I(B)(25) and the provisions of Section II(B), constitute a full and final release of the Settling Defendants by Plaintiffs of the Released Claims. The Released Claims as defined in Section I(B)(26) represent all possible claims that a Settlement Class Member may have arising out of the subject matter of the Action(s).

The Parties to this Agreement expressly agree and confirm that the Released Claims as set forth in Section I(B)(26I(B)(25) and the provisions of Section II(B), ) constitute a full and final release of the Settling Defendants by Plaintiffs and each Settlement Class Member of the Released Claims. The Released Claims as defined in Section I(B)(26) represent all possible claims that a Settlement Class Member may have arising out of the subject matter of the Action(s).
