Full Satisfaction of Claims. The parties hereto agree that the benefits upon termination described in this Section 5 are to be in full satisfaction, compromise and release of any claims arising out of any termination of the Executive's employment pursuant to Section 6(c), and such amounts shall be contingent upon the Executive's delivery of a general release of such claims upon termination of employment in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Company, it being understood that none of the benefits shall be provided unless and until the Executive determines to execute and deliver such release.
