Full Time and Reasonable Efforts. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including Section 3(B), Executive agrees to diligently and conscientiously devote her time, attention and best efforts to the performance of her duties as County Manager. Executive agrees to perform the functions and duties of County Manager on a full-time basis, as those functions and duties are set forth in this Agreement, state law, and the Cobb County, Georgia, Code of Ordinances, as amended.
