Common use of Full Time; Best Efforts Clause in Contracts

Full Time; Best Efforts. The Executive shall use the Executive’s best efforts to promote the interests of the Company, and shall devote the Executive’s full business time and efforts to its business and affairs. The Executive shall not engage in any other activity which could reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the Executive’s duties, services and responsibilities hereunder without the approval of the Board in its sole discretion.

Full Time; Best Efforts. The Executive shall use the Executive’s best efforts to promote the interests of the Company, Company and shall devote the Executive’s full business time and efforts to its business and affairs. The Executive shall not engage in any other activity which could reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the Executive’s duties, services and responsibilities hereunder without the approval of the Board in its sole discretionhereunder.

The Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall not may serve on other boards of directors, with the approval of the Board, or engage in any religious, charitable or other activity which could reasonably be expected to community activities as long as such services and activities do not materially interfere with the Executive’s performance of the Executive’s duties, services and responsibilities hereunder without duties to the approval of the Board Company as provided in its sole discretionthis Agreement.

The Executive shall use the Executive’s best efforts to diligently promote the interests of the Company, Company and shall devote the Executive’s full business time and best efforts to its business the performance of his duties and affairsresponsibilities hereunder. The Executive shall not engage in any other activity which could reasonably be expected to business or commercial activity; provided that, with the prior written approval of the. Board, the Executive may serve on the boards of other entities. The Executive may engage in charitable or civic endeavors, so long as they do not interfere with the performance of the Executive’s duties, services duties and responsibilities hereunder without the approval of the Board in its sole discretionhereunder.
