Common use of Full Time; Best Efforts Clause in Contracts

Full Time; Best Efforts. Employee shall devote his full and exclusive professional time and attention to the performance of his obligations under this Agreement, and will at all times faithfully, industriously and to the best of his ability, experience and talent, perform all of his obligations hereunder.
