Common use of Fully Paid Stock Clause in Contracts

Fully Paid Stock. The Company agrees that the Warrant Shares delivered upon exercise of this Warrant as herein provided shall, at the time of such delivery, be fully paid and non-assessable, and free from all liens and charges with respect to the purchase thereof. During the period within which this Warrant may be exercised for Common Stock, the Company will at all times have authorized, and hold in reserve for issuance upon exercise of this Warrant, a sufficient number of shares of Common Stock to provide for the exercise of this Warrant.
