Fully Paid-Up, Royalty Free License. Following expiration of the Royalty Term for any Initial Licensed Product in a country, no further royalties shall be payable in respect of sales of such Initial Licensed Product in such country and, thereafter the license granted to Biogen under Section 5.1 with respect to such Initial Licensed Product in such country shall be a fully paid-up, perpetual, exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license.
