Fully Recourse. All of the terms of this Guaranty and the Obligations under the Note are recourse obligations of Guarantor and not restricted by any limitation on personal liability provided in any of the other Loan Documents or limited to any collateral securing any of the obligations under this Guaranty, it being the intent of Lender to create separate obligations of Guarantor hereunder which can be enforced against Guarantor without regard to the existence of any security agreement or other Loan Documents.
