Common use of Fully Registered Debentures Clause in Contracts

Fully Registered Debentures. (a) With respect to the Debentures issuable as fully registered Debentures, the Corporation shall cause to be kept by and at the principal office of the Indenture Trustee in Toronto, Ontario and by the Indenture Trustee or such other registrar as the Corporation, with the approval of the Indenture Trustee, may appoint at such other place or places, if any, as may be specified in the Debentures or as the Corporation may designate with the approval of the Indenture Trustee, a register in which shall be entered the names and addresses of the holders of fully registered Debentures and particulars of the Debentures held by them respectively and of all transfers of fully registered Debentures. Such registration shall be noted on the Debentures by the Indenture Trustee or other registrar unless a new Debenture shall be issued upon such transfer.
