Functional Acknowledgement. Upon proper receipt of Information via EDI, the receiving party shall promptly transmit an acknowledgement in return which shall constitute conclusive evidence of proper receipt and that all required portions thereof have been delivered and are syntactically correct, but does not confirm the substantive content of the data.
