Functional and Performance Specifications Sample Clauses
The Functional and Performance Specifications clause defines the technical and operational requirements that a product, service, or system must meet. It typically outlines measurable criteria such as speed, capacity, reliability, or compatibility, and may include detailed descriptions of features or standards to be achieved. By clearly setting these expectations, the clause ensures both parties understand the deliverables and helps prevent disputes over whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
