Functions and Activities on the Company’s Behalf. Broker is permitted to use and disclose the minimum necessary Health Information or Personal and Health Information it collects, creates for or receives from the Company in order to provide services to the Company, any Covered Entity for which the Company and/or Broker are Business Associates, or another Business Associate of such a Covered Entity.
