Functions and Powers. The Joint Development Committee shall have no power to amend, modify or waive compliance with this Agreement. It shall have only such powers as are specifically set forth in this Agreement for the Joint Development Committee to perform. The Joint Development Committee meeting minutes, regardless of whether approved by senior representatives of both Parties, shall not be deemed to amend, modify or waive compliance with this Agreement.
