Fund Communications. The Service Provider shall, upon request by the Fund, on each business day, report the number of Class C shares, Class F shares, Class R shares and Class 529 shares on which the administrative fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement. The Service Provider shall also provide the Fund with a monthly invoice.
