Fund Distribution. Conduct an annual volunteer citizens’ review (Citizen Review Committee) fund distribution process. Participating agencies shall be eligible to apply for program grants and receive campaign funds during this process. Maintain responsible stewardship on behalf of contributors, participating agencies and the community at large by making community investment grant information available to the public.

The County shall distribute funds received under CDBG Act and the HOME Act for fiscal years 2016/17 and 2017/18 or the forty-third, and forty-fourth program years for the undertaking of essential community development and housing assistance activities throughout the Urban County. The County shall distribute funds within the City received under the CDBG Act and the HOME Act if essential community development and housing assistance activities are to be undertaken within the territorial limits of the City. The County cannot guarantee the specific proportion of funds that will be distributed within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City of Richmond in any given year. The County and subrecipient under Section 24 CFR 570.503 of the program regulations are required to enter into a written agreement to implement activities prior to disbursement of any CDBG funds.
Fund Distribution. The fund consists of a flow through fund and an endowment fund: the endowment will be invested and accessible once the flow through funding has been fully drawn down, which is predicted to be 2024/25. For both funds CAMK will prepare an Annual Service Plan* for MKCF by 31st October each year. This will be signed off at the first available Philanthropy and Grants Committee meeting after the service plan submission which will normally be within 6 weeks but no later than 31st December. MKCF will provide written approval of the fund allocation for the following year by the 7th January. Release of the funds will be within 4 weeks of the confirmation and no later than 31st March each year. The work plan is already agreed with MKC for the financial year 2020/2021. From 2021/2022 onwards, access to the funds is via the production of an annual service plan which evidences the work carried out in the previous year and forward plans that met the criteria of the fund.
Fund Distribution. (i) Within fifteen (15) days following _________________ 2001, Holding Company shall deliver to the Stockholder and the Escrow Agent a written report of all claims for indemnification under the Agreement which it has as of such date (whether or not Holding Company has previously provided an Indemnification Notice with respect to any such claim) (the "Distribution Report"). The Distribution Report shall constitute an Indemnification Notice for the purposes of Section 4 of this Agreement.
