Revenues. 1. Earnings generated during the project implementation through the sales of products and merchandise, participation fees or any other provisions of services against payment must be deducted from the amount of costs incurred by the project in line with Art 61 of Regulation 1303/2013 and stipulations in the programme implementation manual.

Revenues. Revenues" means all amounts assigned hereunder by Dental -------- Group to Manager pursuant to Section 2.6(a).
Revenues. All rentals, receipts and other revenues (including, but not limited to, reimbursements for Property Expenses, common area maintenance, real and personal property taxes, insurance and other operating expense reimbursements, if applicable, but excluding percentage rent, if applicable) (collectively, the “Revenues”), received by Seller as of the Closing, but which are properly allocable to the period after the Proration Date, shall be credited to Buyer at the Closing. To the extent there are any Revenues owing to Seller as of the Closing which relate to periods of time prior to the Proration Date, but which have not actually been collected by Seller as of the Closing (“Delinquent Revenues”), Buyer shall not be obligated to pay to Seller (or give Seller a credit for), the amount of such Delinquent Revenues on the Closing. All Revenues which are received by Seller or Buyer subsequent to the Closing Date shall be applied: first, to amounts due to Buyer; and second, to Delinquent Revenues due to Seller. Seller and Buyer hereby agree to promptly remit to the other the amount of any Revenues received and owing to each other pursuant to the provisions of this Section 11.2(a)(i). Notwithstanding any provision in this Section 11.2 to the contrary, Seller retains its rights to recover Delinquent Revenues, including, without limitation, the right to collect (without eviction) the same from the Tenants and/or third parties responsible for payment of such Delinquent Revenues.

Buyer, at no cost and expense to Buyer, shall use commercially reasonable efforts (provided such commercially reasonable efforts shall not include an obligation to file and maintain a lawsuit or other legal proceeding against a delinquent Tenant or other third party or to evict a delinquent Tenant) to enforce the provisions of the Leases which require the Tenants to pay to Seller such Delinquent Revenues.

Revenues shall include all funds collected by, or legally due to, Dental Group or any Affiliate of Dental Group, including, without limitation, the following: (a) all fee-for-service payments for services to Group Patients or Beneficiaries; (b) all payments established under Payor Contracts; (c) all coordination of benefits or deductibles and third-party liability recoveries related to the Group's services; (d) all payments, dues, fees or other compensation to Dental Group, (e) any income, profits, dividends, distributions or other payments from Dental Group's investments; and (f) any interest or other non-operating income of Dental Group.

The amount of net revenues generated by the project must be deducted from the eligible costs in full or pro-rata depending on whether it was generated entirely or partly by the co-financed project, in accordance with the provisions of Article 61 and 65(8) of Regulation (EC) No 1303/2013.

Revenues. Nexstar shall collect on behalf of Mission all of the Station’s accounts receivable pertaining to the Station in existence as of the first day of the term of this Agreement (the “Accounts Receivable”). Subject to Section 3, Nexstar shall be entitled to all revenues attributable to commercial advertisements sold by Nexstar, and all other advertising time revenue received, in each case with respect to commercial advertisements broadcast during the term hereof. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, at the request of an advertiser, Mission may set a reasonable rate for time on the Station and sell time in accordance with such rates for the account of Nexstar for broadcast during the term of this Agreement.

Revenues. Collectively, all revenues generated by reason of the operation of the Facility, whether or not directly received or to be received by the Lessee, including, without limitation, all patient and/or resident revenues received or receivable for the use of, or otherwise by reason of, all rooms, beds, units and other facilities provided, meals served, services performed, space or facilities subleased or goods sold on or from the Facility; provided, however, that Revenues shall not include non-operating revenues such as interest income or gain from the sale of assets not sold in the ordinary course of business; and provided, further, that there shall be excluded or deducted (as the case may be) from such revenues; (i) contractual allowances for xxxxxxxx not paid by or received from the governmental authorities or third party payors, (ii) allowances according to GAAP for uncollectible accounts, (iii) all proper patient or resident billing credits and adjustments according to GAAP related to health care accounting, (iv) deposits refundable to patients/residents of the Facility and (v) provider discounts for hospital or other medical facility utilization contracts.
