Revenues. 1. Earnings generated during the project implementation through the sales of products and merchandise, participation fees or any other provisions of services against payment must be deducted from the amount of costs incurred by the project in line with Art 61 of Regulation 1303/2013 and stipulations in the programme implementation manual. 2. The LP and each PP are responsible for keeping account and documenting all revenues generated, following project activities, for control purposes.

Revenues. Revenues" means all amounts assigned hereunder by Dental -------- Group to Manager pursuant to Section 2.6(a).
Revenues. All rentals, receipts and other revenues (including, but not limited to, reimbursements for Property Expenses, common area maintenance, real and personal property taxes, insurance and other operating expense reimbursements, if applicable, but excluding percentage rent, if applicable) (collectively, the “Revenues”), received by Seller as of the Closing, but which are properly allocable to the period after the Proration Date, shall be credited to Buyer at the Closing. To the extent there are any Revenues owing to Seller as of the Closing which relate to periods of time prior to the Proration Date, but which have not actually been collected by Seller as of the Closing (“Delinquent Revenues”), Buyer shall not be obligated to pay to Seller (or give Seller a credit for), the amount of such Delinquent Revenues on the Closing. All Revenues which are received by Seller or Buyer subsequent to the Closing Date shall be applied: first, to amounts due to Buyer; and second, to Delinquent Revenues due to Seller. Seller and Buyer hereby agree to promptly remit to the other the amount of any Revenues received and owing to each other pursuant to the provisions of this Section 11.2(a)(i). Notwithstanding any provision in this Section 11.2 to the contrary, Seller retains its rights to recover Delinquent Revenues, including, without limitation, the right to collect (without eviction) the same from the Tenants and/or third parties responsible for payment of such Delinquent Revenues.

Revenues. SECTION 8.01. Bond Fund and Letter of Credit Draws ------------------------------------ (a) There is hereby established a special trust fund in the name of the Issuer which shall be designated the "Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Color Image, Inc. Project) Bond Fund". The Trustee shall be the depository, custodian and disbursing agent for the Bond Fund. The Bond Fund shall contain two accounts: (i) the "Letter of Credit Account" and (ii) the "General Account." The money in the Bond Fund shall be used (i) to pay Debt Service on the Bonds as the same shall become due and payable or (ii) to reimburse the Credit Obligor for amounts drawn under the Letter of Credit, as provided in subsection (d) of this Section. (b) There shall be deposited in the Bond Fund; as and when received: (1) in the manner provided in subsection 8.01(c), all money drawn by the Trustee under the Letter of Credit for the purpose of paying the principal amount of the Bonds and the premium (if any) on the Bonds, and the interest due thereon on any Bond Payment Date; which shall be deposited in the Letter of Credit Account, (2) All Basic Payments under the Loan Agreement with respect to Debt Service on the Bonds, which shall be deposited in the General Account, (3) All other money required to be deposited in the Bond Fund pursuant to the Loan Agreement or this Indenture, which shall be deposited in the General Account, and (4) All other money received by the Trustee when accompanied by written directions that such money is to be deposited in the Bond Fund, which shall be deposited in the General Account. (c) If the Letter of Credit is then in effect, on each Bond Payment Date, the Trustee shall, without making any prior claim or demand upon the Users for the payment of Basic Payments, submit a draft under the Letter of Credit in accordance with the terms thereof(i) in an amount equal to the amount of Debt Service due on such Bond Payment Date on Bonds other than Pledged Bonds and (ii) by such time (as stated in the Letter of Credit) in advance as shall enable the Trustee to pay said Debt Service from the proceeds of such draft on said Bond Payment Date in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture with respect thereto. Any such money drawn under the Letter of Credit shall be deposited and held in the Letter of Credit Account, which shall be a separate, segregated account in the Bond Fund, and shall not be commingled with other money in the Bond Fund and no investment thereof shal...

Revenues shall include all funds collected by, or legally due to, Dental Group or any Affiliate of Dental Group, including, without limitation, the following: (a) all fee-for-service payments for services to Group Patients or Beneficiaries; (b) all payments established under Payor Contracts; (c) all coordination of benefits or deductibles and third-party liability recoveries related to the Group's services; (d) all payments, dues, fees or other compensation to Dental Group, (e) any income, profits, dividends, distributions or other payments from Dental Group's investments; and (f) any interest or other non-operating income of Dental Group.

Revenues. 1. The amount of net revenues generated by the project must be deducted from the eligible costs in full or pro-rata depending on whether it was generated entirely or partly by the co-financed project, in accordance with the provisions of Article 61 and 65(8) of Regulation (EC) No 1303/2013. 2. Where, within three years after the completion of the project, it is established that the project has generated revenue that has not been taken into account, the EU contribution part of the amount of net revenue shall be repaid by the LP to the Danube programme bank account.
Revenues. Nexstar shall collect on behalf of Mission all of the Station’s accounts receivable pertaining to the Station in existence as of the first day of the term of this Agreement (the “Accounts Receivable”). Subject to Section 3, Nexstar shall be entitled to all revenues attributable to commercial advertisements sold by Nexstar, and all other advertising time revenue received, in each case with respect to commercial advertisements broadcast during the term hereof.
