Common use of Fund Held in Trust Clause in Contracts

Fund Held in Trust. The Fund shall be held in trust by the Trustee. The sole responsibilities, powers and duties of the Trustee with respect to the Trust and the Fund shall be as set forth in this Agreement. The Trustee shall be a directed trustee only, with no discretionary authority or responsibility, with respect to the Fund except to the extent that it has discretion within investment guidelines provided to it in writing by the Committee.
