Common use of FUND HOLDINGS Clause in Contracts

FUND HOLDINGS. The Sub-Adviser will not disclose, in any manner whatsoever, any list of securities held by each Fund, except in accordance with that Fund’s portfolio holdings disclosure policy.

The Adviser acknowledges that the Allocated Assets may be invested in parallel with an affiliate of the Sub-Adviser and any disclosure of portfolio holdings of the affiliate of the Sub-Adviser shall not be a violation of this provision.
