Fund Participation Agreements. CVS may enter into Fund Participation Agreements (each a "Fund Participation Agreement" and collectively, "Fund Participation Agreements") with Insurance Companies which intend to use the CVS Portfolios as investment vehicles for Variable Insurance Products. The Transfer Agent shall process orders for purchases and redemptions of Shares of such Portfolios in accordance with attached Schedule 2.4, as may be agreed upon and amended by the Transfer Agent and CVS from time to time.
