Fund/SERV Confirmation. All Orders transmitted in accordance with Section C of these Fund/Serv Procedures are subject to acceptance by the Fund and shall become effective only upon confirmation by the Fund. The Fund reserves the right, in its sole discretion, (i) to reject any Order, and (ii) to require any Order to be settled outside of Fund/SERV, in which case the Fund shall not confirm such Order via Fund/SERV and such Order shall settle in accordance with the Manual Procedures discussed below.
