FUND SHARES. 1. PIMCO will deliver to State Street Instructions with respect to the declaration and payment of any dividend or other distribution on the shares of capital stock or beneficial interest, as the case may be, of a Portfolio (“Fund Shares”) by a Portfolio. On the date specified in such Instruction, State Street will pay out of the monies held for the account of the Portfolio, insofar as it is available for such purposes, and credit to the account of the Dividend Disbursing Agent for the Portfolio, the amount specified in such Instructions.
