Upon reasonable request, the Fund will provide to Insurer one complete copy of SEC registration statements, Fund Prospectuses, reports, any preliminary and final proxy material, applications for exemptions, requests for no-action letters, and all amendments to any of the above, that relate to the Fund or its shares, within 20 days of the filing of such document with the SEC or other regulatory authorities.
