Fundamental Change Date Sample Clauses

Fundamental Change Date. The date on which a Fundamental Change is reported to the Administrative Committee, provided such report is either uncontested by the nonreporting Party or, if it becomes a Dispute, is finally resolved pursuant to Article 17; and if the Fundamental Change is confirmed pursuant to Article 17 as reported, then the Fundamental Change Date is the date of reporting.
