Funding Agent and Affiliates. (a) In the event that a Funding Agent is a Lender, with respect to any Loan or interests therein owned by it, such Funding Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it was not a Funding Agent.
